Safety & Environmental (EHS) Manager

At CiDRA, we foster an informal yet agile working environment that encourages and rewards innovation. We are seeking a skilled EH&S Site Manager to lead comprehensive EH&S management programs at our Windsor, CT facility.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Studies, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Life Sciences or equivalent field and 5+ years of experience developing and leading EH&S programs. They will possess strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, Connecticut and local regulations, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities will include implementing safety programs targeted to field operations in mining environments, providing requisite safe handling training to employees, and managing laboratory safety programs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for advancing CiDRA's EH&S Culture, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
