Our expertise encompasses Brownfield Body-in-White (BIW) Automation Lines, offering comprehensive services from design and simulation to manufacturing, installation, and programming. Our capabilities extend to robot and PLC programming, virtual commissioning, and quality improvement, all managed through meticulous project oversight.

In addition, we provide specialized labor, including hemming expertise in roller and table top hemming, as well as prototype equipment for BIW and forming dies. With a strong foundation in consulting, we assist with BIW process optimization and forming die expertise. Your responsibilities Position Summary The Safety Manager is responsible for leading and driving all occupational health, safety, and environmental (EHS) activities across assigned operations and project locations within North America. This role partners closely with operations leadership, project management teams, contractors, and corporate stakeholders to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and company safety standards while fostering a proactive safety culture focused on prevention, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Safety Manager will support manufacturing, construction, installation, launch, and operational activities throughout the United States and Mexico and will serve as a key leader in implementing world-class EHS programs aligned with organizational objectives and customer requirements. This role requires strong field presence, hands-on leadership, and the ability to work effectively within fast-paced automotive and industrial environments.
