Assistant Manager - Safety - Gadag, Karnataka

Strong Experience in site related EPC construction.

Conduct regular safety inspections and verify compliance with work permit systems site.

Lead and facilitate daily Toolbox Talks to raise awareness and communicate safety practices.

Conduct EHS inductions and safety training sessions for staff, workers, and security personnel.

Identify hazards at the workplace and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.

Ensure strict adherence to work-at-height safety protocols

Continuously monitor and maintain all safety-related documentation and re ensuring they are accurate and up to date.

Prepare and submit monthly EHS status reports to the Environmental Health & Safety

Officer (EHSO).

Achieve monthly EHS productivity targets by enforcing safety standards consistently.

Ensure availability and proper use of job-specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on site.

Organize and conduct emergency mock drills to improve site preparedness.

Conduct regular walkthroughs with the Project Manager to identify and address safety concerns proactively.

Provide Fire-fighting training sessions for staff, workers, and security guards to enhance emergency response capabilities.

Promote a proactive approach to safety culture among all personnel.

Update and maintain monthly safety documentation and records meticulous.

Monitor ambient air quality and DG stack emissions to ensure environmental compliance.

Convene and lead safety committee meetings to discuss ongoing safety issue improvements.

Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM) to document discussions and follow-up actions effectively.
