Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Health and Safety Manager located in Milton, WA. The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing and overseeing health and safety programs, conducting safety training, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health expertise
  • Safety Training and NEBOSH certification
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
  • Experience in developing and implementing health and safety programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Previous experience in the construction or telecommunications industry is a plus
