The Patient Safety Coordinator serves as an advocate for patient safety by leading programs that reduce patient risk and promoting systems that foster the development of a culture of proactive patient safety.

• Analyzes detailed patient-related errors and conducts analysis for management, detailing the cause of the error.
• Recommends changes, policies, or programs to prevent future errors, provides feedback to clinicians, and assists them in identifying and addressing areas of improvement to promote patient safety evaluation systems.
