Safety Manager
Fangda- Develop and implement site safety management system tailored for curtain wall installation at height in line with curtain wall construction characteristics
- Conduct daily safety inspections, hazard identification and rectification for facade works
- Apply for safety permits, work-at-height approvals and organize regular safety training
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations, OSHA standards and facade lifting rules
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports and accident statistics
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Civil Engineering or related
- NEBOSH IGC or UAE recognized safety certification required
- 4+ years of construction safety experience; 2+ years in UAE with facade projects preferred
- Strong risk prevention, emergency response and work-at-height supervision capability
- Working proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic communication skills are a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible and reliable team player
- Ability to adapt to UAE/KSA local working culture and environment
- Good cross-cultural communication skills
- Compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies
