Position: Safety Coordinator/AP/HR

Job Description

Summary

· To perform Safety duties and inspection required to maintain records and certification related to centrifuge repair.

· Schedule in-house training

· Schedule lunches for in-house group activities

· Maintain training and evaluation records for required certifications and state/federal requirements

· Review and manage policy and procedures

· Complete and maintain compliance with internal and external audits

· Onboard with new customers- complete required documentation and registrations

· Complete and submit customer billing via provider portals

· Complete, Send, and follow up on open invoices

· Perform additional AP task where needed

· Work with management team on additional needs to continually improve processes throughout facility

· Onboard new hires

· Maintain employee documentation

· Approve, Manage, and correct timekeeping

· Onboard, evaluate, and maintain vendor records

· Receive and create invoices from vendors

Job Duties/Responsibilities

· Follow State, Federal and Franzenburg policies and procedures, manuals, blueprints.

· Work requests to ensure requirements are being met.

· Perform tasks in a safe and organized method

· Accounts payable

· Accounts receivable

· maintenance and inventory of tools/equipment/supplies needed to perform job in an efficient manner

· Uses computer system for job tracking/job lists

· Understand and follow all Safe Work Practices and Procedures for machinery and equipment.

Desired qualifications

· Software competency (Microsoft Office, Excel, Inventory System, Project Management, Human resource management)

Skills

· Attention to detail.

· Creativity and continual process improvement (thinking on the fly and getting stuff done!).

· Flexibility in work schedule depending on shop demand.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Work in a team setting.

· Work with little to no supervision after getting acclimated.

· Multi-task and work in a very non-linear environment.

· Able to clearly write, talk or type thoughts and ideas.

Reporting

· This position will report to Controller

Salary

· Reviews every 6 months

· Overtime will be on an as needed basis.

· 160 hrs. of time off after 60 days of employment. 1st year of employment time off is allocated 13 hrs. per month

· 401K with up to 4% match after 90 days of employment.

· Full health and dental insurance after 60 days of employment.
