Role Description

This is a contract Safety Coordinator role at Safety, Health & Environmental Services LLC. The Safety Coordinator/Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing safety policies and procedures, accident/incident investigation, conducting safety trainings, coordinating and onboarding trade partners, assisting the project team in related tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety, health & environmental regulations.

Project location is dependent on current contracts.

We currently have positions available in Oregon, Washington and Nevada.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in construction safety coordination or related roles, with five (5) years experience preferred
  • Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) credentials is preferred
  • OSHA 510/500 preferred
  • CPR 1st Aid AED Certified / Instructor preferred
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
