- *Culture Leadership**
- Champion Visture’s core values in every hiring, training, and development decision.
- Develop onboarding programs that immerse new hires into our culture from day one.
- Track culture health using surveys, interviews, and engagement metrics.
- Proactively resolve cultural misalignments before they affect performance.
- *Talent Selection & Fit**
- Create behavioral interview guides and implement psychometric testing.
- Train managers in culture-first recruitment strategies.
- *Safety Leadership**
- Lead all workplace health & safety programs in compliance with Ontario OHSA.
- Deliver engaging safety training and toolbox talks.
- Investigate incidents using the 5-Why’s method and prevent future risks.
- *Development & Engagement**
- Facilitate professional and personal growth opportunities for employees.
- Foster psychological safety and a respectful workplace.
- Mediate conflicts with fairness and alignment to our values.
- *What You Bring**
- *Required**:
- Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
- 5+ years in a people leadership role (HR, Culture, or Safety) — preferably in construction, property management, or related industries.
- Knowledge of Ontario ESA, Human Rights Code, and OHSA regulations.
- Experience with structured interviews and behavioral/psychometric assessments.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- *Assets**:
- CHRP/CHRL or CRSP designation.
- Experience with KPI-driven environments and performance scorecards.
- Safety management experience in both office and field settings.

Pay: $75,589.87-$122,492.34 per year
