Job Overview

The Safety Manager is responsible for championing the development of a proactive, diligent safety culture in alignment with applicable legislative requirements and leading industry standards. This role plays a key part in developing and continuously overseeing Fero's HSE Program, designing management systems, strategies and practices while providing assurance to the leadership team on implementation and adherence of safety frameworks through data-driven reporting and timely presence within the facility.
