About Our Client

This opportunity is with a reputable company in the industry, known for its commitment to excellence in construction projects specializing in multifamily work throughout the Boston area.

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for construction projects.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide training programs and resources to educate employees on safety practices.
Investigate incidents and near-misses, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and compliance activities.
Stay updated on industry safety standards and ensure their application on-site.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Safety Manager should have

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
Experience developing and implementing safety programs and procedures.
Excellent communication and training skills to educate team members on safety practices.
Ability to conduct thorough investigations and implement corrective actions effectively.
Proficiency in maintaining detailed records of safety compliance and incidents.
