Manager, Trust and Safety Analytics

Develop and implement strategies to promote trust and safety on the Etsy marketplace.

Utilize data analysis to identify potential risks and areas for improvement in trust and safety measures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor risk management processes.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in trust and safety, and make recommendations for improvement.

Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance trust and safety efforts.

Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure compliance with trust and safety policies and procedures.

Provide training and support to team members and other departments on trust and safety protocols.

Investigate and resolve any reported cases of fraud or misconduct on the marketplace.

Monitor and analyze data to identify potential fraudulent activities and take appropriate actions to prevent them.

Communicate with sellers and buyers to address any trust and safety concerns and provide guidance on best practices.

Develop and maintain trust and safety policies and guidelines, and ensure they are regularly updated.

Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all trust and safety measures are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Prepare and present reports on trust and safety analytics to senior management.

Continuously evaluate and improve trust and safety processes and procedures to enhance the overall user experience on the marketplace.

Act as a leader and mentor to team members, providing guidance and support in their roles.
