Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager, located in West Bengal, India. The EHS Manager will oversee the implementation of environmental, health, safety, and occupational health programs and ensure compliance with all regulations. Key responsibilities include designing and conducting safety training programs, performing accident investigations to identify root causes, and developing strategies for risk management. The role also involves monitoring workplace safety conditions and implementing measures to enhance the well-being of employees.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Health & Safety practices
• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health principles and protocols
• Experience in conducting Accident Investigations and implementing corrective actions
• Skills in delivering effective safety Training sessions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with local and international EHS regulations and standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field
