About Our Client

This opportunity is with a reputable company in the industry, known for its commitment to excellence in construction projects specializing in multifamily work throughout the Boston area.

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for construction projects.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide training programs and resources to educate employees on safety practices.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
  • Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and compliance activities.
  • Stay updated on industry safety standards and ensure their application on-site.
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Safety Manager should have
