divh2Residential Property Workforce Safety Manager / h2pThe onsite Residential Property Workforce Safety Manager oversees all aspects of workforce housing operations and organizational safety programs. This role ensures the daily operations, finances, and maintenance of all Theodore Roosevelt Medora Foundation (TRMF) residential properties to meet owner and tenant needs. Additionally, this position leads safety initiatives across the organization to maintain compliance, reduce risk, and promote a safe working environment. / ppstrongKey Responsibilities Duties : / strong / pulliResidential Property Management : / liulliOversee the daily operations of all workforce housing properties, ensuring high standards of living and compliance with housing regulations / liliManage property budgets, financial reporting, and cost control to achieve operational efficiency / liliCoordinate maintenance and landscaping schedule, repairs, and vendors to maintain property is clean and safe / liliDevelop and implement policies for tenant management, occupancy, and lease administration / liliCommunicate with tenants and seasonal employees to ensure they have up to date housing information (i.e., rules, cost, etc.) / liliConduct tenant screening and background checks / liliMarket vacant properties to attract new renters / liliEnforce lease and seasonal housing agreements / liliAttend to and resolve housing issues as brought forth by tenants and / or seasonal employees / liliConduct regular property inspections / liliAddress eviction procedures when necessary / liliAddress emergency situations promptly / liliManage PooPrint Program, working closely with grounds manager / liliMaintain accurate records of property transactions, tenant interactions, manage waitlist for apartment, single family, and seasonal housing / liliEnsure property adheres to all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations / li / ulliWorkforce Safety Management : / liulliLead TRMFs safety programs, ensuring compliance with ND WSI, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements / liliConduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations / liliDevelop and deliver safety training programs for employees / liliFile incident reports and first report of injury report according to established guidelines with Workforce Safety / liliAttend seminars, conduct research, and maintain liaison with individuals in medical community and health care fields to stay up to date with current health and safety trends / li / ulliSupervisory Responsibilities Oversee and manage seasonal property staff / li / ulpstrongOther Duties / strong / ppPlease note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice. / ppstrongRequirements / strong / ppstrongQualifications : / strong / pulliProven experience in residential property management, workplace safety, or related field. / liliStrong knowledge of property management practices, leasing, maintenance operations, and safety compliance standards / liliExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. / liliKnowledge of Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant law, fair housing regulations, and building codes. / liliMust be team-oriented and possess an upbeat / can-do attitude. / liliProficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. / liliAbility to handle multiple priorities and make informed, ethical decisions independently. / liliDemonstrated aptitude for financial management and budgeting. / liliAbility to work weekends and evenings if required. / li / ulpstrongRequired Education and Experience : / strong / pulliBachelors degree in real estate / Property Management, Business Administration, Occupational Safety or related field or equivalent experience. / lili2-5 years previous experience in residential property management or apartment management. / liliCertified Property Manager (CPM), Safety (CSP, OSHA), or similar certification preferred. / liliValid US drivers license. / li / ulpstrongWork Environment : / strong / ppThis position is primarily in an office environment, occasionally working outdoors in varying conditions.
