Role Description
This is a contract Safety Coordinator role with Safety, Health & Environmental Services LLC. The Safety Coordinator/Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing safety policies and procedures, accident/incident investigation, conducting safety trainings, coordinating and onboarding trade partners, assisting the project team in related tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety, health & environmental regulations.
Project location is dependent on current contracts.
We currently have safety positions available in;
Boardman Oregon (Duration 2+ years)
Michigan (Duration 1-2 years)
Washington State (multiple projects and durations)

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction safety coordination or related roles, with five (5) years experience preferred
- Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) credentials is preferred
- Safety professional certifications and credentials is preferred
- BS in occupational safety management similar is preferred
- OSHA 510/500 preferred
- CPR 1st Aid AED Certified / Instructor preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety & health regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office and construction management operating platforms, such as Procore.
