Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Manager located in Dhrangadhra. The Safety Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing safety protocols, conducting safety training sessions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations. Daily tasks will include monitoring safety measures, overseeing accident investigations, performing risk assessments, and fostering a culture of workplace safety. This role also involves consulting with teams regarding Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices and ensuring alignment with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Industrial Safety regulations
• Experience in conducting Safety Training and Accident Investigations
• Proficiency in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective safety policies
• Certifications in safety management or related fields are highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Previous experience in a safety management role, preferably within the renewable energy or construction sectors
