Safety Manager

Job Requirements

• Registered with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and possess the necessary requirements of a Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) as required by MOM, or similar Qualifications and Experience acceptable to HDB.

Job Description

• To assist the Project Manager in planning, formulating, supervising and implementing safety programs/ safety initiatives.
• To conduct regular safety inspections and safety audits to identify hazards orareas where safety measures can be improved.
• To supervise and ensure that all WSHOs employed by the Contractor are performing their roles satisfactorily and review all safety proposals and submit monthly reports to HDB.
• To ensure proper documentation of compliance with safety regulations and internal safety standards
• To collaborate with the Project Manager to prepare reports for management regarding incidents, safety trends and recommendations for improvements.
