Assistant Security Director

Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Security Director to enhance our security operations. This role is instrumental in maintaining and improving our high standards of security service, especially within the aviation and events sectors. The ideal candidate will assist in leading our security personnel, ensuring optimal operational execution, and adherence to all safety and security protocols. Your strategic insight and leadership will help us continue to deliver customized security solutions that cater to the unique needs of our clients. Assist the Security Director in developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and procedures. Manage daily security operations and coordinate activities with other department heads. Supervise, train, and evaluate security personnel to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats. Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Handle emergencies effectively by coordinating response activities and conducting post-incident analysis. Develop and manage budgets for security operations, ensuring resource optimization. Strong leadership and personnel management skills Proficient in risk assessment and crisis management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to design and implement strategic security plans Knowledge of security protocols and technology related to aviation and event security Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified Protection Professional (CPP) - ASIS International Certification in Aviation Security Management (optional but beneficial)
