n:Aquent is on the search for a skilled Health and Safety Coordinator to develop and implement comprehensive safety programs, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and manage a variety of day-to-day office and safety-related task
s.
An excellent Health and Safety Coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out safety and administrative duties with accuracy and spe
ed.
The goal is to ensure that workplace operations are safe, efficient, and add maximum value to the organizat
ion.
Responsibil
ities· Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety plans in accordance with OSHA regulations and best pract
ices.· Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential haz
ards.· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws, regulations, codes, and rules, specifically as they apply to retail and office environm
ents.· Investigate incidents and develop corrective action p
lans.· Maintain accurate safety documentation and rec
ords.· Provide safety training and education for employees, subcontractors, and visi
tors.· Establish and maintain health and safety communication structures and sys
tems.· Foster a culture of continuous improvement in Quality and EHS. Empower employees to identify and implement improvem
ents.

ements· Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee safety, with a focus on retail enviro
nments· Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best pra
