Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety Manager located in Schaumburg, IL. The Safety Manager will be responsible for managing occupational health and safety programs, conducting safety training sessions, ensuring compliance with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards, leading accident investigations, and implementing industrial safety measures. This role involves assessing workplace risks, developing safety policies, and coordinating with various departments to promote a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health standards and regulations
• Experience in Safety Training and the implementation of safety programs
• Familiarity with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices and compliance procedures
• Proficiency in Accident Investigation and reporting
• Understanding of Industrial Safety protocols and risk management strategies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze and mitigate safety risks effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA or CSP are highly desirable
