About the Role
This Sr. HSE Coordinator will assist with developing advanced procedures and operational guidance within the Health, Safety, and Environmental program.
Responsibilities include monitoring high-risk injury and illness performance, developing strategic solutions to improve results, and maintaining permits and licenses for compliance.
The ideal candidate is bilingual and can work from anywhere within the CT or EST time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report high-risk injury and illness performance
- Develop and implement strategic solutions to improve performance results
- Maintain permits, licenses, applications, and records for compliance
- Review inspection records and investigate escalated complaints
- Inform management, clients, and employees of complex regulations and inspection findings
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience
- Intermediate problem-solving skills and ability to explain complicated information clearly
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset
