Regional EHS Manager - UK & ROI (Power & Renewables)

We are seeking an experienced Regional EHS Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental performance across a portfolio of major engineering projects within the power and renewables sector. You will be responsible for overseeing EHS standards across multiple projects, working closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to drive a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to EHS teams across multiple sites
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and standards
• Lead audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure high safety standards are maintained
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and standardisation of EHS processes
• Act as a key point of contact for EHS matters with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Health & Safety or related discipline
• Proven experience in a senior EHS role within construction, engineering, or industrial environments
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and EHS legislation
• Experience managing teams across multiple projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel as required
