Position Overview

We are seeking a Safety Manager to support a growing civil construction operation in the Denver market. This individual will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety programs across multiple job sites, while partnering with operations leadership to promote a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular job site inspections, audits, and safety meetings
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards
• Provide safety training and support to field personnel and leadership teams
• Collaborate with operations to proactively identify and mitigate risk
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
• Assist in building scalable safety systems to support company growth

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of construction safety experience (civil construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
• Proven ability to promote and enforce a positive safety culture
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with both field teams and office staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000 – $125,000+ (depending on experience)
