*Job Summary:**
Accountable for supporting the organization in developing, implementing and monitoring the company's Employee Wellness, Safety and Environmental management strategies, systems and standards.
*Key Responsibilities:
Review and provide input regarding proposed healthcare legislation/regulations
Communicate any relevant regulatory changes to affected internal business units
Develop and implement all safety-related policies, systems and procedures
Maintain all safety-related documentation
Provide assistance and counseling to employees and management
Address employee concerns and inquiries
Consult with internal stakeholders regarding potential enhancements/improvements to the company's Employee Wellness, Safety and Environmental policies, programs, processes and standards
Analyze Dynacare's incident and accident data and claims management programs and processes enterprise-wide
Consolidate and report enterprise-wide wellness, safety and environmental performance metrics
Research safety and environmental specifications in relation to any hazard controls, equipment including personal protective equipment
Develop and monitor all Dynacare safety and environmental training material
Act in an advisory capacity on the Joint Health and Safety Committee
Certify health and safety trainers and deliver training programs
Conduct all internal safety and environmental audits
Provide managerial leadership in relation to all safety and environmental inspections and accreditations
Ensure ongoing effective positioning and integration of corporate wellness, safety and environmental programs and services
