**Overview**
- *Duties**
- Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Facilitate training development initiatives by collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and create relevant programs.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects and programs aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Filling out WSIB Form 7's
- Environmental support management
- Data management
- *Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to fabricate innovative solutions to enhance HR processes.
- Experience in training development is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to employee growth and development.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
