Infinite Consulting Corp is a fast-growing construction management and consulting firm providing safety, quality, and project management services across major infrastructure projects. We are expanding our operations by launching Infinite Training Institute, a certified training division that will offer safety, technical, and professional development courses, including Supported Scaffold, Site Safety, OSHA, and other DOB-approved certifications.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Education & Training to launch, manage, and grow Infinite's new Training School. This leadership role combines business development, operations management, and instructional oversight. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, strategic, and hands-on—capable of designing high-quality training programs, driving enrollment growth, securing corporate partnerships, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in developing the school's brand, fostering a culture of learning and safety, and building partnerships that expand Infinite's impact across the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth
- Develop and execute a business plan to grow Infinite Training School's client base and student enrollment.
- Build and maintain partnerships with contractors, individuals, unions, government agencies, and corporate clients seeking safety certifications for career advancement or compliance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote training programs and new certification offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and represent the school at trade shows and industry events.
Program Design & Development
- Work with certified instructors to lead the creation and continuous improvement of training programs aligned with IACET, DOB, OSHA, and industry standards.
- Collect and analyze learner feedback and training data to drive program enhancements and measure effectiveness.
Operations & Compliance
- Oversee a small team working on daily operations, including scheduling, registration, and facility management.
- Train, and supervise instructors and administrative staff.
- Ensure all programs meet applicable industry and continuing education standards (e.g., IACET, state and federal regulatory bodies) while maintaining flexibility to expand beyond safety into areas such as leadership development, project management, estimating, and scheduling.
- Maintain training records, student certifications, and audit documentation to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Establish and track KPIs for performance, training quality, and enrollment growth.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and operational reporting.
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor and manage training staff to ensure high-quality, consistent instruction and service delivery.
- Serve as a bridge between the training division and other internal departments.
- Create and document standard operating procedures for all training processes.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture grounded in performance and accountability.
- Set clear annual and quarterly measurable goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Business, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in workforce development, safety training, or education management.
- Track record launching or managing accredited training programs.
- Strong business development and partnership-building experience.
- Knowledge of DOB, OSHA, DOT, and related compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and CRM platforms.
