Safety Compliance Coordinator

Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities include:

• Track training and medical information compliance for approximately 1,000-1,500 field employees.
• Process training certificates and sign-in sheets, ensuring accurate record-keeping in the training matrix and employee electronic folders.
• Organize training documentation across multiple locations within a streamlined digital database.
• Create and manage training cards and documentation for operations in New York City.
• Support the reporting of training documentation to applicable regulatory agencies.
• Foster positive working relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Perform various administrative duties such as filing, typing, mailing, and phone communication.
• Execute additional responsibilities as requested by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and digital.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Evening Availability: Occasional nights may be required.

Additional Information: IWS's offered base pay considers various factors including internal equity, candidate’s geographic region, job-related expertise, and organizational needs.

Bonus: This role is not eligible for a bonus.
