Job Overview

  • The Assistant Vice President, Payroll supports the organization in maintaining a safe and legally compliant work environment.

Daily Operations

  • Oversight of payroll processing and reconciliation.
  • Management of benefits deductions and garnishments.
  • Compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding finances, payroll, wage, and hour tax filings, best practices, and reporting.

Data Integrity & Confidentiality

  • Responsible for timely entry, updating, and data integrity for all activities of the Payroll Office.
