**Overview**

  • *Duties**
  • Develop and implement CORE safety training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management to create and maintain safety policies and procedures.
  • Fabricate safety equipment or tools as necessary to enhance workplace safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related inquiries within the organization.
  • Promote a culture of safety through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • *Experience**
  • Proven experience in a safety officer or similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
  • Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions effectively.
  • Certified in Core
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess risks and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Certification in occupational health and safety or related field is a plus.
  • *Education**
  • Post secondary diploma in related field
  • Core certification
  • MS Office, Buildops, procore knowledge
  • All relevant safety cedrtifications
