- *About the Role**
We are looking for a highly motivated HR & Safety Coordinator to provide effective organization and support to our Human Resources and Safety programs.
As HR & Safety Coordinator you will
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation;
- Coordinate employee review process;
- Respond to employee inquiries;
- Administer employee benefits plans, paid sick time, leaves of absence, and vacation;
- Coordinate JHSC meetings, workplace inspections, audits and reporting;
- Maintain Safety PPE inventory, and track safety equipment maintenance, repairs and replacement;
- Assist the HR & Safety Manager with documenting accidents, incidents, complaints and investigations;
- Manage HR and Safety data, tracking and reporting.
