  • *About the Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated HR & Safety Coordinator to provide effective organization and support to our Human Resources and Safety programs.

As HR & Safety Coordinator you will

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation;
  • Coordinate employee review process;
  • Respond to employee inquiries;
  • Administer employee benefits plans, paid sick time, leaves of absence, and vacation;
  • Coordinate JHSC meetings, workplace inspections, audits and reporting;
  • Maintain Safety PPE inventory, and track safety equipment maintenance, repairs and replacement;
  • Assist the HR & Safety Manager with documenting accidents, incidents, complaints and investigations;
  • Manage HR and Safety data, tracking and reporting.
