Environmental, Health, and Safety Associate Coordinator

**Overview**

As a critical member of our EHS team, the Environmental, Health, and Safety Associate Coordinator will play a key role in implementing safety, health, and environmental programs at assigned job sites. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. **Responsibilities**

• Participate in daily toolbox talks
• Communicate trends and incidents
• Support in the development of Job Safety Procedures (JSP) for high-risk activities
• Review and assess all active jobs, coaching as needed
• Complete daily step card and SOS reports
• Complete good catch/near hit cards and submit daily
• Attend daily close meetings
• Knowledgeable on RCRA hazardous waste regulations and IATA
• Knowledgeable on Machine tool operation and guarding
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to job site EHS activities
• Complete Certified Safe Leader training within 3 months of hire
• Complete certified facilitator training
• Facilitate and participate in emergency response planning and drills
• *Qualifications**
• OSHA 30 construction certification or greater, HSA Certification or greater
• 3+ years of construction experience or a combination of an Industry certification and practical experience
• 1st Aid/CPR and AED trained
