Safety Officer - On Site

This is a great opportunity for a career focused individual who has their NCSO and is looking to bring professionalism and administrative support to a site based position.

• *Safety Officers responsibilities**:
• Promote a safety first culture utilizing CWI's HSE Manual
• Must be physically able to perform tasks and work in all weather
• Support the workers with their daily and weekly documentation, including FLHA, JHA's, etc.
• Follow instructions assigned by the Supervisor
• Attend and lead the daily tool box and safety meetings as scheduled and promote workers and subcontractors to adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Administratively support the Safety Program including COR and ACSA requirements
• Actively engage in safety requirements on site including hole securement, barricade placement and general housekeeping.
• Any other duties required.
• *Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

• 10 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate

• Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification

• Ground Disturbance Level 2 (preferred)
• CSTS (preferred)
• Class 3 Licence (required)
