Position: HSE Coordinator

Location: Heber Springs, AR

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000

Position Overview

The HSE Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of the organization. This role involves implementing and monitoring safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a safe work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze health and safety performance metrics and reports.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices and procedures.
• Lead incident investigations and propose corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of continuous improvement in health and safety practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HSE coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience in risk management and safety audits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and report on trends in safety performance.
• Certification in safety management or related field is a plus.
