• Lead uniform adherence to electrical product installation methods providing coaching and direct assistance to resolve technical challenges.
• Assist with identifying safety risk areas developing short-term and long-term strategies to address them including incident management reporting investigation corrective/preventive actions coordinating performing annual employee required safety training additional training meeting local leadership specific needs consulting leaders assist with identifying developing local safety initiatives analyzing lagging leading metrics develop implement strategies regional improvement planning lead organizing quarterly regional operating reviews developing division programs deployment distributed remote workforce implementing reviewing customer requirements partnering training development support services help businesses existing equipment optimizing performance extending life facilities serve resource operations relevant informed safety related topics maintaining consistency across regions driving culture continuous improvement other duties required travel events maintain drivers license active valid
