This position is based in Southern, MN, Facility, located within commuting distance of the Minneapolis area!

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain EHS programs for a heavy industrial/foundry environment.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and state/local EHS compliance; manage reporting and inspections.
• Oversee systems for training records, safety manuals, and incident tracking.
• Support ISO 14001/45001 implementation and audits.
• Identify hazards, lead risk assessments and investigations.
• Create and deliver EHS training programs.
• Facilitate Safety Committee meetings and emergency drills.
• Partner with HR/Operations to integrate EHS.
• Oversee a behavior-based safety program.
• Communicate effectively on EHS matters.
• Continuously improving EHS performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field.
• 5–6+ years EHS experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience in air permitting compliance.
• Expertise in regulatory compliance and EHS systems.
• OSHA General Industry Trainer certification (or ability to obtain).

Base Salary Range - $103k-130k
