ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform remote support with clients

Schedule on-site service calls with clients

Perform on-site service calls

Provide high level customer service

Maintain the Safety program

Perform monthly safety meetings

On occasion support the project management teams on installations

Push program files as required in service or installations

Maintain customer service records

Provide service reporting

Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a similar role and industry

preferred.

Energetic, ambitious, imaginative & tenacious.

CTS designation is an asset (not required)

Drivers license (class 5)
