Main Responsibilities

  • Implementation of demand gen strategies
  • Strategic planning for demand gen activities
  • Planning and execution of digital brand including website and online presence
  • Documentation of processes
  • Manage and review PPC and SEM
  • Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency within processes and campaigns
  • Champion the interests of marketing on a cross functional continual improvement team for our CRM (Salesforce) along with Sales and IT

Job Requirements

  • Ability to adapt strategies based on data
  • Has a customer-centric mindset
  • Knows their way around the tools of the trade, CRM, marketing automation and analytics
  • Cross-functional and collaborative across functions and teams (Sales, Customer Success)
  • Experience building multichannel nurture programs to turn leads into MQLs and SQLs
  • Strong grasp of leading web and SEO tools with a proven track record of developing and implementing programs that drive organic search
  • Strong knowledge of best practices around search engine algorithms, and ranking strategies
  • Experience running digital marketing analytics, in-depth metrics, and reports
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to express ideas clearly both written and verbal
  • College or university degree in Marketing or related field is required
