Main Responsibilities
- Implementation of demand gen strategies
- Strategic planning for demand gen activities
- Planning and execution of digital brand including website and online presence
- Documentation of processes
- Manage and review PPC and SEM
- Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency within processes and campaigns
- Champion the interests of marketing on a cross functional continual improvement team for our CRM (Salesforce) along with Sales and IT
Job Requirements
- Ability to adapt strategies based on data
- Has a customer-centric mindset
- Knows their way around the tools of the trade, CRM, marketing automation and analytics
- Cross-functional and collaborative across functions and teams (Sales, Customer Success)
- Experience building multichannel nurture programs to turn leads into MQLs and SQLs
- Strong grasp of leading web and SEO tools with a proven track record of developing and implementing programs that drive organic search
- Strong knowledge of best practices around search engine algorithms, and ranking strategies
- Experience running digital marketing analytics, in-depth metrics, and reports
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to express ideas clearly both written and verbal
- College or university degree in Marketing or related field is required
