Massilly North America Inc. is a member of the Massilly Group founded in France over 100 years ago. We are a leading supplier of metal twist caps and capping machinery for the essential food and beverage industry. Our manufacturing facility is located in Brantford, Ontario.

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, and working closely with the VP of Manufacturing, you and your team will champion the achievement of the company's Safety objectives and drive our strong Safety culture.

• *Your responsibilities will include**:
• Oversee all Health and Safety related actions to uphold safe practices, minimize risks and prevent injuries
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Annual Safety Plan that ensures a safe working culture, compliance with legislation and mínimal incidents/injuries
• Plan, design, deliver and/or source training for all levels of the company in safe work practices
• Oversee the tracking, maintaining and reporting of documentation on all Safety data
• Recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Safety programs and our Safety culture
