As our HSE Coordinator you will advise ensure compliance of safety policies programs Plan Group Constructors coordinate provide safety training workers all levels e.g fire safety WHMIS Fall Protection Lift Training New Hire Orientation etc develop programs procedures new health safety legislation Coordinate workplace inspections review findings appropriate parties follow documenting items require immediate correction Investigate near misses unsafe conditions incidents serious otherwise Research health advancements EWPs Arc Flash gear needed Assist auditing safety programs track incident statistics develop proactive control measures Assist worker compensation WCA RTW programs Take active role internal safety committees Coordinate maintain all related information documentation Health Safety Department Communicate suppliers product advancements deliveries WHMIS other related information.
