Job Summary

SaddleBrooke HOA is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to coordinate and support our Community Security and Safety program. A customer service role to both SaddleBrooke residents and employees, this role is administrative and organizational, focusing on scheduling, recordkeeping, documentation, and communication. While it does not require specialized expertise in security operations or occupational health and safety, a familiarity with both is preferred.

The ideal candidate is a strong people and program administrator who ensures both programs operate smoothly, consistently, and in compliance with HOA policies and state law.

Responsibilities

Community Patrol Administration

  • Interact with residents, offering both compassion and an understanding of Patrol and Community rules
  • Prepare and maintain patrol staff schedules
  • Serve as the administrative point of contact for patrol personnel
  • Maintain patrol incident logs, incident reports, and related records
  • Track staffing coverage and time records
  • Support onboarding and routine administrative needs

Safety Program Administration

  • Maintain the HOA’s written safety plan and related documentation
  • Track employee safety training and acknowledgments
  • Coordinate administrative reporting of workplace injuries
  • Maintain injury logs and workers’ compensation records
  • Assist with documentation related to follow-ups and corrective actions
  • Prepare and maintain patrol staff schedules
  • Serve as the administrative point of contact for patrol personnel
  • Maintain patrol incident logs, incident reports, and related records
  • Track staffing coverage and time records
  • Support onboarding and routine administrative needs

Requirements

  • Strong administrative, scheduling, and recordkeeping skills
  • Experience in HOA, property management, or public service environments
  • Familiarity with safety and/ or security programs
  • Experience in office or program administration
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard office software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
