Environmental Health

The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator role supports compliance with regulations and promotes a safety-driven culture. Responsibilities include incident investigation, job hazard analysis, employee training, new hire onboarding, and injury response.

• Conduct incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
• In conjunction with the Operations Team conduct Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
• Maintain regular presence on the production floor to promote a safe working environment.

To achieve this goal requires strong written communication skills, leadership ability to influence change through positive interactions. Other required attributes include flexibility in changing situations, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications。
