• To support implementation monitoring continuous improvement of Health Safety Environmental programs across the organization ensuring compliance with relevant legislation regulations promoting a strong safety culture throughout company,
• In collaboration develops maintains HSE policies procedures documentation for regulatory compliance best practices;
• Conduct regular workplace inspections audits identify hazards assess risks recommend corrective actions;Cordinates delivers HSE training programmes employees levels onboarding toolbox talks specialized courses;Maintains detailed records incidents training inspections corrective actions regulatory reporting organizational learning Collaborates management promotes positive safety culture encourages hazard reporting continuity improvement.Serves point contact guidance works related questions procdures Prepares reports statistics management highlighting trends recommendations improvements Maintains regulation assists waste emissions sustainability initiativesA combination related education 1-3 years manufacturing environments Experience Ontario provincial requirements Proficiency techniques causes
