We are seeking a dependable, observant, and proactive Site Safety Coordinator to join our team as a companion role supporting the existing site safety lead. This position focuses on field engagement and safety presence rather than documentation or program development. The project — a renovation of the historic MCS and the Boys & Girls Club of America — carries both heritage and heart.

- Reinforce a culture of respect, awareness, and teamwork on-site.
- Promote compliance with OSHA and owner-specific requirements as outlined in the site audit plan.
- Model professionalism and safety stewardship at all times.
What This Role Is Not
- This is not a supervisory or policy-creation position.
- All procedures, audits, and documentation systems are pre-established by the project's Safety Management Team.
- The coordinator's focus is to assist implementation and maintain consistent safety presence in the field.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of safety, construction, or industrial field experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards and general construction safety practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with tradespeople, supervisors, and project partners.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with an active, outdoor work environment.
- Must maintain a professional demeanor and good judgment under pressure.
