Health & Safety Manager

Vossloh, a global leader in rail infrastructure, seeks an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across manufacturing sites in North America.

The successful candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, promote a proactive safety culture, and drive risk reduction strategies. Key responsibilities include investigating incidents, conducting root cause analyses, developing risk assessments, and managing Learning Management Systems.

• Lead EHS programs and investigations
• Develop and implement risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations
• Manage LMS platforms and training content

This role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as willingness to travel throughout North America and work occasional overtime. A bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Health, or Industrial Engineering is required, along with 7+ years of experience in health & safety roles within a manufacturing setting.
