The General Manager plays an important role in community building, people development, collaboration and partnerships by overseeing a Health & Fitness Centre.

• Maintain YMCA standards and be a positive role model for our Mission Vision Values Commitment to Service
• Develop initiatives aligned with our YMCA Strategic Plan to ensure a healthy membership mix and the ongoing engagement of members partners
