Process Safety Management

Process Safety Management is a critical function at Jamie Grayem. The role of Process Safety Management Environmental Engineer is key to ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a strong safety culture. This position oversees the administration of High Hazard and Process Safety Management programs, collaborating with local management leadership and associates to enhance, develop, and sponsor programs intended to promote ongoing safety. Key responsibilities include development, execution, and oversight of Process Safety Management programs, conducting technical reviews, determining impacts for process changes, and engaging site operations leaders on safety matters.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Safety and Health or related field, with 5-7 years of experience managing safety or safety programs at the site level. They will be proficient in OSHA, PSM, EPA Regulations, Building Codes, and experience preparing and submitting environmental permits and forms. Additionally, they should have experience conducting PSM audits, developing and implementing high hazard and environmental management systems, and working in lab, manufacturing, sterilization, and warehouse environments.
