Position Overview

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations, managing our talented team, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth. You will work closely with clients, and internal teams to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead the overall operations of the firm, including project management, budgeting, and staffing.

· Develop and execute business strategies to expand our market presence and grow client relationships.

· Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

· Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices.

· Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

· Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a high-performing team.

· Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, promoting a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.

· Drive operational efficiency through data analysis, process improvements, and resource management.

Qualifications

· Proven experience in a senior management role within the safety, environmental, or consulting industry.

· In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.

· Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.

· Ability to think strategically while maintaining a focus on day-to-day operations.

· Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

· Certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90, $130,000.00 per year
