Urgent Need for a Safety Administrator Assistant

Maintain tractor and trailer files.

• Driver hiring and maintaining drive record.
• Keep track of Driver CVOR and Abstracts.
• Compile and review safety and compliance reports regularly.
• Review carriers’ safety profiles.
• Audit Driver logbooks and follow up with them if necessary.
• Schedule a safety meeting with the driver
• Prepare safety training material.
• Keep a record of collisions, Inspections, and tickets.
• Processing and maintaining MTO regulations.
• knowledge of IFTA, IRP, and US Dot regulations
