Are you a safety expert with manufacturing experience? Our client is looking for a Safety Coordinator to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a secure workplace.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance and update safety policies.
• Manage safety concerns, investigate accidents, and assist injured employees.
• Foster positive employee relations and address safety issues.
• Collaborate with the Worker's Compensation department.
• Demonstrate commitment to company values.
• Attend meetings, training, and support safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in occupational health and Safety or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 6 months' manufacturing health & safety experience.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations, worker's Compensation laws, and safety audit programs.
